A Little Bit About Me

This is me, and it all started when I was 11/12 years old at the beginning of my scoliosis. At 14 years old, I was at 50°+ curve (hips & shoulders) and started to go out of place. I had to have spinal fusion surgery done because of the worries of it starting to mess with my internal organs. I'm 50/50 with my feelings towards it. I'm glad I got it done because it was just getting worse and worse the curve. I still deal with pain, though. To anyone with chronic pain, I understand.

Finding a hobby that you enjoy doing can help with mental health. I have several hobbies and I find that they can reduce my anxiety symptoms just for a while. My mind is focused on my hobby that I'm doing so other things that I'm worried about etc kinda go to the back of my mind. Keeping busy can help to a point for some relief which is better than no relief.
