Rose Milk Tea Latte Recipe
Servings: 1
Time: ~10 minutes
Ingredients:
1 black tea bag (or 1 tsp loose leaf black tea – Assam or Ceylon work well)
½ cup hot water (just off the boil)
¾ cup milk (dairy or any plant milk like oat, almond, or soy)
1–2 tsp rose syrup (adjust to taste)
or ½–1 tsp rose water + sweetener (like honey, agave, or simple syrup)
Optional: dried rose petals for garnish
Instructions:
1. Steep the Tea
Steep the black tea bag in ½ cup hot water for 3–5 minutes. Remove the bag or strain leaves.
2. Warm and Froth the Milk
Heat the milk in a saucepan or microwave until warm (not boiling).
Froth the milk using a milk frother, whisk, or by shaking in a jar.
3. Add Rose Flavor
Stir in rose syrup (or rose water and sweetener) into the tea.
4. Combine & Serve
Pour the frothed milk into the rose-infused tea. Stir gently.
Top with dried rose petals for an elegant touch.
For Iced Rose Milk Tea Latte:
Use cold milk and steep tea in hot water, then cool it.
Fill a glass with ice, pour in the tea, rose syrup, and milk.
