Hello, I'm Christina Williams! I was born in the United Kingdom to my British Mom and American Dad. I live in the United States of America (since 2000 military life, because my Dad was in the military at the time). I created my blog website, Lavender & Rose, because my Grandma Pearl on my mom's side loved Lavender/Bluebells! My mom loved Roses, and so do I! So it's a lovely way to remember my loved ones. I also enjoy learning herbal remedies, aromatherapy, mental health & wellness support. I wanted to share what I learn plus I deal with mental health issues (major depressive disorder & anxiety).
