Finding a hobby that you enjoy doing can help with mental health. I have several hobbies and I find that they can reduce my anxiety symptoms just for a while. My mind is focused on my hobby that I'm doing so other things that I'm worried about etc kinda go to the back of my mind. Keeping busy can help to a point for some relief which is better than no relief.
