Here's a soothing and fragrant Lavender Milk Tea recipe — perfect served hot or iced!
🥛☕️Lavender Milk Tea Recipe☕️🥛
Ingredients:
1 cup water
1 tsp dried culinary lavender buds
(make sure they are food-grade!)
1 black tea bag or 1 tsp loose-leaf black tea
(Earl Grey or English Breakfast work well)
1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy: oat, almond, etc.)
1–2 tsp honey or sugar (to taste)
Optional: ice cubes (for iced version), lavender syrup instead of honey
Instructions:
1. Brew the Lavender Tea
Boil the water.
Add lavender buds and black tea.
Steep for 5–7 minutes, then strain out solids.
2. Sweeten & Add Milk
Stir in honey or sugar while the tea is hot.
Add milk and stir gently.
3. Serve
Hot: Pour into a mug and enjoy!
Iced: Let it cool, then pour over ice.

Sprinkle a few dried lavender buds on top.
Add a lavender sprig for aroma.
